While this is an extremely tough and challenging time for all of us – one couple had another issue to worry about this week as they woke up without hot water or heating!

After speaking to them it was clear that a call out was needed to full assess what the issue was. Unfortunately, the boiler was beyond repair and needed to be replaced ASAP so that they could have their heating and hot water back.

After sourcing a new boiler i began the process of removing the existing one (which was extremely tricky!) and installing the new one.

I am continuing to work through Covid-19, all guidelines and precautions were followed throughout this diagnosis and installation ensuring the clients safety as well as myself.
