This week just as the extension to lockdown due to Covid-19 was announced, a customer phoned me to report some issues with their boiler.

Initially this was reported as an immersion element leak. However, after closer inspection by myself it was discovered that the whole cylinder needed replacing urgently.

Fortunately I was able to source the required cylinder from the merchants which enabled me to get this customer up and running in the same day as diagnosis!
